经济全球化与教育国际化

20世纪末以来，经济全球化的发展呈现出不可逆转的态势。经济的全球化极大地提高了世界范围的人、财、物、技术的流动速度，促进了各种生产要素和资源的优化配置。经济全球化在加强各国之间教育资源交流的同时，也迫使各国的教育市场向全球开放，因此高等教育国际化是应全球化而生，是世界经济一体化进程的必然产物。所谓高等教育国际化，就是加强国际高等教育的交流合作；积极向各国开放国内教育市场，并充分利用国际教育市场；在教育内容、教育方法上要适应国际交往和发展的需要，要培养有国际意识、国际交往能力、国际竞争能力的人才。

Economic Globalization and Educational Internationalization

Economic globalization has progressed in an irreversible way since the late 20 th century, which sped up the flow of human resources, financial resources, material resources and technology, and resulted in the optimized element and resource allocation of production. Economic globalization has promoted the interflow of educational resources among different countries, and at the same time compelled these countries to open their education markets to the whole world. Therefore, higher education internationalization emerged together with economic globalization, and was an inevitable offspring of the world economic integration. By higher education internationalization, we mean that the exchange and the cooperation of the international higher education must be reinforced; we should open our education market to other countries and make the most of the international education market; we should adjust the content and the method of our education to the need of international exchange and development; we should foster talent with international sense and the capability of joining in the international exchanges and competitions.
