预制长T梁施工裂缝成因分析及处理措施

摘    要:针对某桥标准跨径为48.5 m的预制长T梁在施工拆模后出现一条环向裂缝的现象,分析了产生裂缝的主要原因可能是台座的不均匀沉降和混凝土的收缩影响造成的。为了确定台座的不均匀沉降产生的应力情况,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立有限元模型计算。通过计算得出台座在不均匀沉降时产生的应力值,再对比施工拆模时混凝土的抗拉强度,找出了开裂的主要原因。为后续T梁施工避免同类裂缝的出现提供了有力的保证。

Abstract:According to the phenomenon that the 48.5 m standard span prefabricated long T-beam appears a circumferential crack after form removal,through theoretical analyzing,the uneven settlement of pedestal and shrinkage of concrete are probably the main cause for crack.For determining the stress situation produced by the uneven settlement of pedestal,the FE software ANSYS is adopted to establish finite element model.The stress values produced by the uneven settlement of pedestal are obtained through computing.The primary cause of crack is found by comparing the stress values with the tensile strength of concrete when the formwork is removed.It provides the powerful guarantee to avoid the appearance of the similar crack in the following T-beam construction.
