椎管内上皮样囊肿及皮样囊肿

该文报告了13例椎管内上皮样囊肿和皮样囊肿,9例位于园锥部,2例位于胸段,2例位于马尾部。其中1973—1982年有11例,占同期椎管内肿瘤的15.5％。12例经脊髓造影检查,13例均行手术治疗。园锥部之囊肿均在髓内,且常合并脊髓末端的变异和畸形。作者根据病变部位和临床特点将该病分为四种临床类型,对它的诊断、治疗、术后遗留症状和复发等问题进行了讨论。

Intraspinal Epithelioid Cyst and Dermoid

Thirteen cases of intraspinal epithelioid cyst and dermoid are reported. The lesion was situated in the conus in 9 cases, in the thoracispine in 2 cases and in the cauda equina in 9 cases. In this series, 11 cases occurred during 1973—1982, accounting for 15.5％ of intraspinal tumors during the same period. In 12 cases, the diagnosis was established by myelography and 13 cases underwent operation. All conus cysts were located in the intramyedullary spinal cord, and usually associated with variability and malformation of the terminal of the spinal cord. According to the location of affection and clinical features, four clinical types were suggested by the auther. The diagnosis, treatment, remaining postoperative symptoms and recurrence of these tumors are discussed.
