既有铁路病害钢梁桥改造设计

摘    要:京沪铁路K528钢梁桥存在钢梁上盖板翘起、钢梁纵向位移较大,桥台与梁端顶紧、铆钉烂头、钢梁腐蚀严重等问题,从低影响、低风险、低投资、低运营维护成本、易施工等角度出发,研究比选原位新建梁式桥和原位新建框架桥的设计方案,从线路加固、施工工艺、施工难度、拆除工程、投资及维护成本等方面比较两个方案的优缺点。研究结果表明,对单孔、高桥的钢梁桥改造,决定采用原位新建框架桥设计方案。该方案具有对铁路影响小、施工风险低、投资少、后期运营成本低等优点,并彻底解决了桥梁病害问题。

Abstract:The K528 steel beam bridge of Beijing-Shanghai Railway has problems,such as the warping of the steel beam’upper cover,the large longitudinal displacement of the steel beam,the tight jacking between the abutment and beam end,the rotten head of the rivet and the serious corrosion of the steel beam. From the perspectives of low impact,low risk,low investment,low operation and maintenance costs,and easy construction,this paper studies and compares the design schemes of in-situ newly built beam bridges and insitu newly built frame bridges,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two programs in terms of line reinforcement,construction technology,construction difficulty,demolition engineering,investment and maintenance costs,etc. The research results show that for the steel beam bridge reconstruction of single-hole and high bridges,the design scheme of in-situ new frame bridge is adopted. This scheme has the advantages of small impact on the railway,low construction risk,low investment,and thoroughly solves the problem of bridge diseases.
