通苏嘉甬高速铁路跨杭州湾通道选择及桥位论证

摘    要:通苏嘉甬高速铁路在嘉兴和宁波间需跨越杭州湾,杭州湾海域及两岸建设条件复杂、控制因素众多。开展跨杭州湾通道选择及桥位论证,对项目决策、建设和运营至关重要。在以往工程经验的基础上,从区域社会经济特征、区域交通现状及规划、气象水文地质等自然条件、港口航道和海事管控要求、秦山核电站及生态环境敏感区、防洪和涌潮影响规定等方面,详细梳理跨杭州湾通道的重要控制因素;在对4条跨杭州湾通道进行综合比选后,选择海盐西通道为推荐方案,并从河道演变、表流迹线等自然条件,港区规划,与港口作业区及锚地的安全距离,通航规范及航道通航影响评价要求,与上下游构筑物间距等方面,充分论证在该通道建设铁路跨海大桥的适应性和合理性。

Abstract:Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo Highspeed Railway needs to cross Hangzhou Bay between Jiaxing and Ningbo,Hangzhou Bay and its two sides has complex construction conditions and many control factors.It is very important for the policy decision,construction and operation of the project to carry out the passageway selection and bridge location demonstration across Hangzhou Bay.On the basis of previous engineering experience,this paper combed in detail the important control factors of the passageway across Hangzhou Bay from the aspects of regional social and economic characteristics,regional traffic status and planning,meteorology,hydrology and geology natural conditions,port,channel and maritime control requirements,Qinshan nuclear power plant and ecological environment sensitive area,regulation on flood control and tidal bore impact etc.this paper also fully demonstrates the adaptability,and rationality of the passageway in the construction of railway cross sea bridge from natural conditions such as river course evolution and surface flow trace,port planning,safe distance from port operation area and anchorage,navigation specifications and navigation impact assessment requirements,distance from upstream and downstream structures,based on the comprehensive comparison and selection of four passageway across Hangzhou Bay and the selection of Haiyan west.Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo Railway finally chooses Haiyan West channel to cross Hangzhou Bay as a bridge,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the feasibility study of the project.
