山地旅游景区齿轨铁路总体设计研究

摘    要:齿轨铁路是一种“小而美”的新型旅游轨道交通,拥有极强的爬坡能力,最大可达480‰,为常规铁路的6~12倍,是山地景区旅游交通的极佳选择。依托具体设计案例,结合齿轨铁路技术特点和景区旅游交通需求,总结齿轨铁路总体设计的关键思路及要点。研究结果表明:齿轨铁路总体设计首先应进行上位规划,设计速度选取关键“慢游”而非“快旅”;根据景区地形特点和景点分布规律,合理选取最大纵坡和线站位,并减少道岔设置;宜根据景区游客乘坐规律灵活开行齿轨列车,并建立独立完备的故障救援体系。

Abstract:Rack railway is a new type tourism rail transit which combines small scale and aesthetics.It is an excellent choice in mountain tourism area due to its excellent climbing ability.Rack railway is adapted to the maximum longitudinal gradient of 480‰which is 6~12 times for the normal railway.Based on design cases,the technical characteristics of rack railway and tourist traffic demand,the paper summarized key points of overall design of rack railway.The results show:the master planning should be carried out before on overall design.The design speed is better to be slow rather than fast;according to the landscape and the distribution of the scenic spots,the maximum longitudinal gradient and station location should be selected appropriately,turnouts should be minimized as possible;It is advisable to flexibly operate rack trains according to the riding rules of tourists in scenic spots,and establish an independent and complete fault rescue system.
