高校创新型科研团队建设初探

科研被认为是高校的三大职能之一．在高校科研活动中，实验室、研究所、项目小组、工程研究中心等组织，这些组织应该在整合科技资源、聚集科研人才、形成团队效应、激发科研创新等方面，起到重要作用．但是，目前高校创新型科研团队建设中，普遍地存在着不少问题，影响科研团队创新能力．高校要建设富有活动成效的科研团队，必须正视问题，从制度建设入手，优化团队组织的内部结构，培育团队文化，将团队建设成创新型组织．
