| 摘 要： | 汶九高速公路汶川至叠溪段地形、地质、水文等自然条件极为复杂，且通过多条活动断裂带，特别是2008年“5·12”汶川特大地震后，地震次生灾害爆发频次剧增。总结映汶高速公路建设经验，提出汶九高速公路汶川至叠溪段在地震次生灾害情况下提高道路防灾避灾能力的思路。

| Abstract: | The Wenchuan--Diexi section of Wenchuan--Jiuzhaigou Expressway encounters quite complicated natural conditions such as terrain, geology and hydrology, etc. and passes muhiple active fault zones, in particular after the ＂5 · 12＂ Wenehuan huge earthquake in 2008, the frequency of outbreak of the secondary seismic disasters increase sharply. This paper summarizes experiences in construction of Yingxiu--Wenchuan Expressway and proposes pondering over the ability to prevent and avoid disasters in the case of secondary seismic disasters at Wenchuan--Diexi Section of Wenchuan-- Jiuzhaigou Expressway. |
