PCMA路用性能室内试验及工程应用研究

摘    要:改性沥青防水粘结层存在抗剪强度低、施工工艺复杂和需要撒布碎石等缺陷,为此,开发了高分子沥青防水粘结层( PCMA),其具有抗剪强度高、施工方便和不需撒布碎石等优点。通过室内试验对PCMA的路用性能进行研究。试验结果表明:PCMA的抗剪强度、拉拔强度和疲劳寿命均明显高于其他防水粘结层。在汕梅高速公路水泥路面加铺工程中铺筑了PCMA试验路,取得了较好的工程应用效果。

Abstract:Defects such as low shearing strength, complicated construction technology and need of spreading gravels, etc. exist in waterproof bonding layer of modified asphalt, for this purpose this paper develops polymer asphalt ( PCMA ) waterproof bonding layer with advantages of high shear strength, convenience for construction and no need of spreading gravels, etc. Based on indoor test, the paper studies the road performance of PCMA waterproof bonding layer. The test result shows that the shear strength, pull strength and fatigue life of PCMA waterproof bonding layer are obviously higher than other waterproof bonding layers. The test road of PCMA waterproof bonding layer is implemented in Cement Pavement Project of Shantou-Meizhou Expressway and obtains good engineering application effect.
