| Abstract: | This paper introduces the main parameters, power circuit and general structure of the DC 1 500 V IGBT traction inverter employed in TGN39-type metro vehicle. The technical features are also described. The performance of the inverter during testing and trail operation satisfies the demand of metro traction. |
