基于全寿命周期的绿色低碳公路建设——以云南麻昭绿色低碳公路建设为例

交通运输是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础性产业和服务性行业,也是国家节能减排和应对气候变化的重点领域之一.发展“低碳公路”是我国低碳交通运输体系建设的重要组成部分.通过对公路全寿命周期理念以及绿色低碳公路概念的阐述与分析,将全寿命周期理念与绿色低碳公路建设相结合,并以云南麻昭绿色低碳高速公路建设为例,阐述了在公路建设各阶段中节能减排的方法,论证了在全寿命周期理念下绿色低碳公路建设的必要性.

Green Low-Carbon Highway Construction Based on Life Cycle：Case Study of Maliuwan-Zhaotong Green Low-Carbon Highway Construction in Yunnan Province

Transportation is the important basic industry and service-type business for the development of the national economy and society, which is one of the important fields of energy conservation and emis- sion reduction as well as tackling climate change in China. Developing the ＂ low-carbon highway ＂ is an important part of national low-carbon transportation system. Through analyzing the idea of life-cycle high- way and the concept of green low-carbon highway as well as combining the idea of life cycle with the con- struction of green low-carbon highway, the paper expatiates on the methods of energy conservation and emission reduction in each stage of highway construction with a case study of the construction of green low-carbon Maliuwan-Zhaotong Expressway, and demonstrates the necessity of building green low-car- bon highway with the idea of life cycle.
