摘    要:以常德市柳叶大道-紫缘路交叉口改造为例,通过调查现状流量和交通组织方式,从交通设计理念入手,以提高交叉口安全性和优化运行效率为目标,设计了交叉口渠化和信号控制优化方案,并对改善结果进行延误分析.结果表明,设计的交通改善方案使得交叉口通行能力增大了58%,车均延误减小了30%,明显改善了该路口的交通运行状况.

Abstract:Taking the intersection between Liuye Avenue and Ziyuan Road in Changde as an example, through investigation of current traffic flow and transport organization, starting from traffic design concept, the canalization and signal control optimization schemes are designed and the delay of the improvement result is analyzed in order to improve the safety and efficiency of intersection. The result shows that the de- signed traffic improvement scheme can increase the traffic capacity of the intersection by 58%, reduce the average traffic delay by 30%. The traffic operation of this intersection has been significantly improved.
