摘    要:风景道是现代公路交通与现代旅游业相结合的产物,实现了道路从单一的交通功能向交通、生态、游憩和保护等复合功能的转变.以“川藏木雅”为主题,按照打造具有西部山区特色风景道的要求,对四川省康定县两条国省道进行了景观规划设计,共划分9个公路景观分区,并规划了4种类型共27处观景休憩点和6种类型总长80.8km的自行车道,为该公路的景观建设和旅游开发工作提供支持.风景道建设为公路交通实现绿色、生态、低碳发展提供了一个新的方向,建议在全国范围内广泛开展.

Abstract:Scenic byway is a product of cooperation between modem highway transportation and modem tourism, which gives the road complex functions, such as transport, ecology, recreation and protection, rather than a simple transport function. With the theme of "Sichuan-Tibet MUYA culture" and the re- quest of creating a scenic byway with distinguishing feature of western mountain areas, the landscape plan- ning is drawn up for two joint national and provincial roads in Kangding County. The two roads are divid- ed into 9 landscape partition, and 27 scenic landscape excitement service stations and 80.8kin cycle tracks were planned to satisfy the demand of regional tourism development and landscape construction of road. Scenic byway provides a new direction for road transportation to achieve green, ecology, low-carbon development aims, which could be widely carried out in China.
