| 摘 要： | 结合兴旺峁隧道改DK355+494～+517段含水砂层采用水平旋喷桩加固的成功实例，介绍水平旋喷桩加固砂层的施工工艺及方法；并对施工所需的人员、设备配制以及在施工过程中出现的“抢钻”、“断桩”与“短桩”的处理方法进行简单介绍。通过对现场施工参数的统计得出合理的水平旋喷桩加固砂层施工参数：旋喷压力33～36MPa，旋喷速度20～30m/min；水泥浆配合比W︰C=1︰1。所采用的施工方法与施工参数使旋喷桩的咬合达到了预期效果；抽取的3组孔内返出的砂与水泥浆混合物的强度远高于砂层强度，加快了施工进度，节约了资金。
