重型商用车传动轴支承的刚度设计

摘    要:分析了重型商用车传动轴支承的结构和隔振原理,提出了传动轴支承刚度设计的理论依据和方法。根据隔振理论,采用变刚度的传动轴支承,使传动轴支承具有低频大阻尼、高频低刚度的变参数性能,能有效吸收振动能量:试验表明,振动明显减小,彻底解决了由传动轴振动引起的传动轴支承横梁开裂的实际问题。

Abstract:This article analysis the structure of driveline mounting and the vibration isolation theory.According to the vibration isolation theory,this paper adopts the driveline mounting which is dynamic stiffness,this enables the shaft mounting to have variable element at low frequency,it has big damping to reduce the driveline's vibration rapidly,or else lower rigidity with good vibration isolation effect.The verification result indicates that it reduced the vibration obviously,and resolved the cracks questions of...
