| Abstract: | Firsts the external costs of several common trip modes in the cities, including walking, bicycle, motorcycle, bus, car and taxi were researched on quantitatively. Then, the urban traffic trip cost calculation methods and models were established respectively. The investigation in Harbin City provided the scientific basis for the traffic and transportation policy-making and the rational utilization of resources in order to promote the sustainable development of urban areas. |
