| 摘 要： | 分析建立城市道路交通状态评价指标体系的目的和作用,从不同角度对城市道路交通状态的含义进行界定.以实时采集到的各类交通信息为基础,针对交通指挥、交通引导和交通控制等系统的需求,建立了一套城市道路交通状态评价指标体系,并提出了各指标的计算方法.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the objectives and functions for developing evaluation indexes of urban traffic conditions, the meanings of urban traffic conditions were defined from multi-angles. Based on the availability of realtime traffic information and the needs for the traffic condition information by scene management, guidance, and signal control, a traffic evaluation index system for urban road network was set up. Moreover, the on-line calculation methods for each index were proposed. |
