军用集装箱空箱铁路调运模型及求解算法

摘    要:从军用集装箱铁路运输的实际情况出发,设置相关变量,建立基于用户偏好的模糊运输规划模型.针对这类特殊的运输问题,应用遗传算法求其最优解,并设计了相应的矩阵编码方法、适应度计算、交叉算子和变异算子,给出一仿真实例.仿真结果表明,上述模型可以得到最优调运方案,保证空箱调运的准点率是提高空箱调运服务质量和运输保障效能的关键因素.

Abstract:The correlative variables were set and one fuzzy transport plan model was constructed based on customer preference according to the actual demand of military container railway transport system. In order to solve the above special transport problems, a genetic algorithm was applied, and the matrix coding method,fitness calculation, crossing operator, and mutation operator were designed. A simulation example about the above model and algorithm was given. The simulation result shows that the optimum dispatching scheme of the above model can be gained. The percentage of military transport punctuality is the key factor to improve the service level of freight transportation and transport guarantee efficiency.
