摘    要:在民营企业的成长与发展中,核心员工一直是其核心竞争力和利润的主要动力源泉,而在当今社会,由于体制、文化等众多因素,民营企业核心员工流失现象非常严重,已严重制约了企业的发展。信息不对称理论认为民营企业核心员工流失严重主要是由企业和核心员工的信息不对称所造成的,由此给民营企业带来负面影响,建立"互动多元激励机制",规范、完善企业信息沟通反馈机制,将有助于企业及时了解核心员工的动态,有效预防、管理并降低核心员工流失提供参考和借鉴意义。

Abstract:In private enterprises’ grow th and development process ,core employees have been enhancing their core competitiveness and driving the profits ;however ,in current society , due to the influence of many factors including system and culture ,the loss of key employees of private enterprises occurs frequently ,which has seriously hindered the development of these enterprises .According to information asymmetry theory ,the loss of key employees of private enterprise is mainly caused by the asymmetric information for enterprises and the core employees .T his draw s negative influence on the private enterprises .T hus it is suggested to establish "interactive multi incentive mechanism",so as to normalize and improve the enter‐prise information communication & feedback mechanism ,and help the enterprises to access to the status of core employees in real time ,and finally effectively prevent the loss of key employees .This study is of great significance in reference .
