| Abstract: | Earlier this year ,the state council executive meeting ,points out that lead to sup‐port social forces to set up vocational education .Based on the analysis of social forces to set up vocational education brings opportunities and challenges of fair education in higher voca‐tional colleges how to change the severe challenge for a wonderful opportunities to put for‐ward its own views . |
