水泥稳定钢渣-碎石混合料性能试验研究

摘    要:以扬州高邮钢渣为原材料,开展水泥稳定钢渣碎石基层混合料性能研究。结果表明:钢渣的浸水膨胀率最大为1.07%,满足≤2%的技术要求。当水泥剂量为4.0%时,按照设计级配,水泥稳定钢渣碎石基层混合料强度性能满足设计要求。随着龄期的增长,混合料的劈裂强度、回弹模量、抗冲刷性能等指标均达到设计标准,能满足使用要求。

Abstract:The research of mixture on cement stabilized steel slag macadam base was studied with Yangzhou Gaoyou steel slag as raw material.The results showed that the maximum water swelling rate of steel slag was 1.07%,which met the technical requirements of≤2%.When the cement dosage was 4.0%and the aggregates were combined according to the designed gradation,the strength performance of the cement stabilized steel slag macadam base mixture met the design requirements.As the age increased,the cracking strength,modulus of resilience,scour resistance all met the design standards and the use requirements.
