| Abstract: | In the highway construction market, all the construction enterprises hope to win the bid and gain profit ＆ reputation. Based on the accurate grasp of all kinds of data and information and through analyzing carefully the bidding method and the bid quotation level of the competitors to compile a budget estimate price which is close as possible to the budget price of the client, so as to work out the best quotation price and thus to increase the chance of winning the bid. |
