| 摘 要： | VisVSA是一种以服从正态分布的蒙特卡罗法为计算核心,可以为机械系统装配提供高信度计算依据的公差分析软件。本文利用VisVSA技术对整车不同类型的集成分静态和动态两方面论述。在可能影响到装配性能的因素中,通过对比分析方式,重点论述了装配顺序对车门缝隙和面差的影响及装配公差在设计载荷下对底盘系统转向角度的影响。
