基于CRUISE的DCT整车动力传动系匹配仿真研究

摘    要:基于CRUISE软件建立了某7挡DCT整车模型,并阐述了DCT换挡控制策略及其对动力传动系匹配的影响规律。以设计开发的3款DCT和5种常用主减速器速比作为设计变量,将动力性和燃料经济性采用线性加权组合方法转换成单一目标函数来评价动力传动系匹配的优劣。结果表明,B2-Z1方案为整车匹配的最佳动力传动系。

Abstract:A model of a vehicle equipped with 7-speed DCT based on software CRUISE is established,and the DCT shifting control strategy and its rule of effect on powertrtain matching is elaborated.The paper takes the three newly developed DCTs and 5 commonly used final drive ratios as design variables,and linear weighted combination method is used for dynamic dynamics property and fuel economy to convert to single target function to evaluate advantage and disadvantage of powertrain.The results show that B2-Z1 plan is ...
