| 摘 要： | 首先分析了中国汽车零部件行业采购和供应链的发展历程,介绍了对应于国有、私营和外资3种企业的采购和供应链管理的3种不同模式。然后基于国外企业的成功经验—采购和供应链管理最佳实践,对国内企业进行抽样调查,并据此分析了国内汽车零部件企业的优劣势。最后对如何改进和实现卓越的思路进行了探讨,提出恶劣实践中须注意的若干问题。
