Abstract:The AH36 steel plate with thickness of 6.0 mm is done a hybrid welding with the Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding(LAHW)technology.The influence of different laser powers on joint forming of welding is analyzed,and the mechanical properties of weld with the optimal parameters are analyzed.The main defects of welding are as follows:when the laser power is relatively small,the weld back is not completely melted;when the laser power is relatively large,the undercut and concave appear on the weld front;when the laser power is 4400 W,the weld surface forming is best.The welding specimens of test steel plate with the optimal parameters are observed,and the macroscopic cross section appearance of weld is no blowhole and no crack.The mechanical properties testing results show that the tensile positions are all on the base material,and the mechanical properties meet the requirements of the national standard and the material and welding code of China Classification Society.
