摘    要:分析船舶智能焊接装备自适应焊接技术的研究背景.针对在船体加工过程中产生的误差,从工件定位、焊缝定位和焊接跟踪等方向介绍机器人自适应焊接的解决方案.结合门架式中组立智能焊接装备实践,为后续同类型智能装备提供自适应焊接设计参考.

Abstract:The research background of adaptive welding technology for marine intelligent welding equipment is analyzed.In view of the errors during the hull steel fabrication,the solutions of robot adaptive welding are introduced in directions of workpiece positioning,weld positioning,and welding tracking.Combined with the practice of gantry unit assembly intelligent welding equipment,the reference is provided for the adaptive welding design of the subsequent intelligent equipments of the same type.
