制动控制器结构设计改进

摘    要:文章简要介绍了制动控制器的基本结构及其工作原理,并以TKS230B型电空制动控制器为例,通过对其在机械寿命试验中出现的问题进行研究分析,对该产品的结构进行改进,解决了定位杠杆轴长期磨损后变形的问题,并通过减少弹簧拉伸长度的方法有效降低了手柄操作力。文中的研究成果对制动控制器系列产品中传动部件寿命的提高有一定的意义。

Abstract:Basic structure and working principle of the break controller are briefly presented in this paper.As an example,problems in experiment of type TKS230B electro-pneumatic break controller are investigated and analyzed,and its structure is improved,which provides a solution to the deformation of locating axletree caused by long-term abrasion.By means of shortening flexing distance of spring,the operating force is also gained an optimization reducing.The results may provide some reference value to extend the working period of gearing parts in break controller.
