土耳其80km/h轻轨车辆ZLA080型铰接式转向架的研制

摘    要:详细介绍了适用于轻轨车辆的ZLA080型铰接式转向架的结构、性能特点和主要技术参数。ZLA080型铰接式转向架包括动力转向架和非动力转向架。在每辆车上,两端配置带大回转角度抗侧滚扭杆(最大达10°)、大横向位移(最大达150 mm)空气弹簧的动力转向架,中间配置能连接两节车体、带摇枕和3环回转支承轴承、具有铰接功能的非动力转向架,这种组合既能确保每辆车具有较好的正线运行的平稳性和乘客舒适性,又能确保每辆车的站场R30 m小曲线半径通过能力,这是在国内外铰接式轻轨上首次创新应用。对其构架、车轴、车轮、轴箱体、牵引装置等重要部件进行强度计算和型式试验,对整车进行了动力学性能计算和试验,各项计算结果和试验结果均满足标准要求。

Abstract:This paper gives a detailed introduction to the structures,characteristics and main technical parameters of type ZLA080 articulated bogie for the light rail vehicle.Type ZLA080 articulated bogie consists of motor bogie and non-motor bogie.There are two motor bogies and one non-motor bogie in each car.The two motor bogies are respectively located in the end of the car with anti-roll bar which has big rotation angle ability(Maximum 10 degree)and two air springs which have big lateral displacement ability(Maximum 150 mm).The non-motor bogie is located in the middle of the car.It has the ability of connecting two car bodies and articulating function by two special key parts,the bolster beam and three rings slewing ring.This arrangement ensures the vehicle's ride comfort and ride index on the main line,and meanwhile ensures the curve negotiation performance on the minimum radius(R30 m) curve line in depot.It is the first application for articulated light rail vehicle at home and abroad.During the development process,a lot of analysis and type test are carried out,such as the strength analysis and type test of bogie frame,axle shaft,wheel,axle box body,traction device and so on.The dynamic performance analysis and test for the whole vehicle are carried out as well.These results of analysis and test show that the performances of bogie components and whole vehicle can completely meet the requirements of relevant standards.
