列车系统建模及运行平稳性分析

摘    要:根据多刚体系统动力学理论,建立拖车和动车的横—垂—纵向耦合动力学模型,在模型中拖车和动车采用相同的结构参数。考虑到车辆系统轮轨接触几何关系、轮轨蠕滑、钩缓装置作用力和车辆二系悬挂的非线性特性,对动车和拖车进行组合形成6种列车编组方案,并用数值计算方法分析列车运行的平稳性。计算结果表明:列车编组对平稳性影响不大,车间横向连接阻尼和刚度对列车横向平稳性影响显著;列车的头尾车运行平稳性最差,中间车较好;适当的车间横向连接阻尼和改变头尾车车间横向减震器的阻尼值和安装方式,能在一定程度上改善列车的运行平稳性。

Abstract:The three dimensional coupled dynamic models for motor car and trailer car are set up,based on the system dynamics of rigid bodies.The parameters of motor car and trailer car are the same.During the modeling process,various kinds of nonlinear factors are considered,including nonlinear wheel/rail contact geometry,nonlinear wheel/rail creep force and creepage,nonlinear force for coupler,nonlinear secondary suspension forces,etc.Then 6 kinds of train formations are constructed.The ride quality is studied by numerical calculation method. It can be known from the numerical results that the kind of train formation has little influence on the ride quality.The lateral connection stiffness and damping coefficient affect train ride quality heavily.And the lateral ride quality of the end cars and the first car are worse than the middle cars.Finally,the method of increasing damping coefficient and changing mounting position of carbody lateral damper is given in order to improve the ride quality of the first and last cars in the train set.
