基于加权灰色关联度的公路交通适应性评价

从公路交通适应性的涵义出发，构建了适应性评价指标体系，提出了指标权重的客观赋值方法；弥补了灰色平均关联度的不足，并采用改进的灰色关联度综合评价方法进行了公路交通适应性评价。同时以陕西省和天津市公路发展为实例，说明了该方法在公路交通与经济发展适应性分析中的应用，并将评价结果与传统的灰色关联度综合评价结果进行对比，说明该方法权重赋值客观，更符合实际，改进的评价方法易于操作，评价结果更加科学、合理。

Adaptability Appraisal for Highway Transportation Based on Weighted Grey Incidence Degree

On the basis of the definition of highway adaptability to the economy, the authors put forward the adaptability appraisal index system, proposed impersonality evaluate method on the indexes, and adopted the improved method of grey correlation degree.Finally, according to highway construction and economic development in Shaanxi province and Tianjin, the authors introduced the application of the method in the adaptability appraisal of highway transportation. The application showed this evaluates method more relevant and accordant with the fact. Moreover the improved method is easy to use with better result.
