摘    要:本文采用金相剖面法,通过测定压力容器用钢13CrMo44钢及焊接接头各区裂纹尖端饱和伸张区高度(SZD),来确定焊接接头不均匀体各区的断裂韧性.该法能把焊接接头各区的组织特征、微观断口形貌同断裂力学宏观参数紧密结合起来,克服了以往诸方法难以使裂纹尖端准确达到预定位置的缺陷.试验结果表明:用 P_5焊条手弧焊对接的焊接接头断裂韧性只有母材的一半,熔合区断裂韧性最低,是结构的最薄弱环节.焊接接头各区的断裂韧性值为合理评定压力容器缺陷,正确估算剩余寿命提供了依据.

Abstract:The fracture toughness of steel 13CrMo44 for pressure vossels and the various zones in its welded joint is obtained by means of a metallographic section method for measuring the stretched zone dimention(SZD)of crack tip in various zones respectively.This method can eombine the macroscopic parameters of fracture mechanics with the structure characteristics and microscopic appearance of fracture sections in the various zones of welding join t,so that a problem is solved of determining the crack tip at a designated position.The experiment results indicate that the fracture toughness of the butt joint welded with the electrode type P_5 is just a half of that of parent metal,and the bone line of joint has the worst fracture toughness and is the weakest part of the structure.The values of fracture toughness of various zones in joint are provided as a scientific basis for evaluating the welding defects and.for assessing the life of pressure vessels correctly.
