摘    要:新建导管架海上安装通常需要动用大型浮吊船舶,成本高昂,靠船件原有的安装方法就位困难,甚至可能延误工期,浪费施工资源。对此,结合工程实例,介绍了一种新的靠船件安装方法,阐述了其使用的导向型钢的结构形式和安装位置,并使用ANSYS软件进行了强度校核,最后对其在实际工程应用中提出了几项建议。

Abstract:During the installation of new jacket offshore,crane cargo is always necessary,so the cost is high.Whether the installation work could be finished in plan or not will directly impact on the construction cost.The original installation methods can not place the barge bumper accurately,which may cause the delaying of the project and the waste of resources of offshore construction.To solve the above problems,combined with a practical project a new installation method of barge bumper is introduced,and the structure of the barge bumper,the structure and the installation location of the oriented steel are described and the strength also be checked by the ANSYS simulation software.Several rationalization proposals in the actual project are also put forward in this paper.
