厦门轨道交通建设数字化转型实践与思考

摘    要:数字化转型是轨道交通建设降本、提质、增效的重要手段。通过深入分析传统轨道交通行业在生产经营过程中存在的突出问题,从厦门轨道建设发展集团有限公司的数字化转型实践出发,阐述厦门地铁在建设过程中的总体流程和数字化实践过程。厦门地铁建设探索传统工程建设与数字技术有机结合的可行性和创新性,制定以建设数字底座、开展数据治理、建设智慧地铁和完善企业管理的实施路径。同时,厦门地铁在信息模型、智能乘客服务、智能运输组织、流量经济等方面开展数字化转型建设的初步尝试,不仅促进企业管理模式的变革和智慧场景应用的进步,而且为企业和轨道交通行业的高质量、可持续发展奠定良好的数字化基础。

Digital Transformation in Xiamen Rail Transit Construction: Practices and Reflections

Abstract:Digital transformation provides a powerful means of reducing costs, enhancing quality, and boosting efficiency in rail transit construction. Drawing on a detailed analysis of significant issues in the traditional rail transit industry s production and operation processes, this paper explores the digital transformation practices of Xiamen Rail Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. In its construction process, Xiamen Metro has demonstrated the feasibility and innovation of seamlessly integrating traditional engineering construction with digital technology. It has devised an implementation path that involves building a digital base, conducting data governance, constructing a smart Metro system, and enhancing enterprise management. Moreover, Xiamen Metro has made preliminary attempts to implement digital transformation in several areas, including information modeling, intelligent passenger service, intelligent transportation organization, and traffic economics. These efforts have not only promoted a shift in the enterprise management model and the advancement of intelligent scene applications but have also laid a strong digital foundation for the high-quality sustainable development of the enterprise and the broader rail transit industry.
