| 摘 要： | 随着海上大桥建设陆续增多，桥区发生事故的情况日益突出，在建大桥的安全保障引起了人们高度重视。本文通过分析海上大桥建设对附近水域通航的影响，提出海事主管、施工单位和通航船舶分别应采取的对策，以促进桥区水域航行安全，减少海上大桥建设中船舶交通事故的发生。

| Abstract: | As the construction of cross-sea Bridge increases , there is an increase of accidents near the constructing bridge .This article proposes the corresponding measures taken by of Maritime Safety Administration , bridge builder and ships to promote navigation safety and reduce traffic accidents near the bridge by analyzing the influence to the vessel＆#39;s traffic near the constructing bridge . |
