| 摘 要： | 针对目前运营期的高速公路车速管理存在的问题,分析影响车速管理的多个因素,阐述了处于运营期的高速公路车速管理原则,提出了相应的管理思路。以广东省揭普高速公路运营期车速管理为例,在安全性评价的基础上,系统分析了揭普高速公路车速管理方案。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems in speed management of expressway during operation,the multiple factors affecting speed limit are analyzed and the principles of speed management are discussed.Furthermore the corresponding countermeasures of speed management are put forward.A case study on Jie-Pu Expressway of Guangdong Province is carried out,based on its safety,the management scheme for its speed management is proposed. |
