沥青路面压实度实时监测系统

摘    要:针对传统压实度检测方法存在滞后性、偶然性等问题,提出沥青路面压实度实时监测系统实时监测和控制沥青路面的压实度。通过刚度与压实度的理论关系推导,验证此系统的理论可行性。根据压路机的特性,选择合适的激振器模拟碾压过程中振动轮的振动信号。实验室的静态试验(车辙板成型试验)表明,该沥青路面压实度实时监测系统能有效提高沥青面层压实质量。

Abstract:There are some problems about the traditional method of compactness detection, such as the posteriority and contingency and so on. This paper presents a real-time monitoring system of asphalt pavement compactness to detect and control its compaction degree. Through the theoretical derivation of the stiffness and compactness, it verifies the feasibility of system theory. According to the characteristics of road roller, it also selects the suitable vibration exciter to simulate the vibration signal of the vibration roller process. The laboratory static experiments indicate that the real-time monitoring system of asphalt pavement compactness can improve the quality of asphalt layer compaction effectively.
