重型自卸车车架有限元分析

摘    要:应用CAD软件建立重型自卸车车架的三维模型,采用Hypermesh软件得到车架的有限元分析模型。通过有限元计算,得到自卸车车架在载质量为80t时垂直加速工况、转弯工况、扭转工况和制动工况下的应力分布情况,有限元计算结果与实车车架断裂结果吻合,证明采用的有限元分析方法可行。根据有限元计算结果提出了车架的改进方案。

Finite Element Analysis of Frame of Heavy-Duty Dump Truck

Abstract:CAD software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of frame of heavy-duty dump truck, and the Finite Element Analysis model is established by HyperMesh. The stress distribution of the frame in vertical acceleration, turing, twisting and braking conditions are computed by finite element software with the heavy-duty dump truck carrying a load of 80 t. The results agree with the real breaking of the frame, which proves that the approach of finite element analysis is feasible. The improved method of the frame according to finite element results are proposed.
