The Application of the Technology for Driving Tubular Steel Piles with Major Diameter By Hanging and Hammering

Recently it is more and more popular to use the tubular steel piles with major diameter in the port projects.But because it needs large ship and equipment and large working water area,so it is hardly used in the inner river.This paper introduces a case of how to use this technology in the engineering of "small basin linking with mobile steel bridge" in the Shanghai International Passenger Centre.It analyses the general situation and the difficulties of the engineering,introduces the decision of the constructive technology,the preparation and the method for the engineering,which has the reference usage.
