摘    要:通过三维有限元分析,探讨了不同层间接触状况下超薄白色罩面(UTW)超载下的受力特性。采用ANSYS建立有限元模型,以正交各向异性接触模型模拟UTW层间接触状况。研究发现:超载使板底拉应力剧增,结构组合越弱,超载应力比就越大;板底拉应力对层间接触条件很敏感,因此层间界面处理必须严格要求,以保持层间界面连续,提高超薄白色罩面的使用寿命;超载使层间抗剪更为不利。因此,设计超薄白色罩面时需充分认识到超载的巨大影响,设计时增大安全系数,以免路面铺筑不久便破坏严重。

Abstract:In this paper, Ultra-Thin White-Topping (UTWT) pavement stress characteristics with overloading and different interface contact conditions are discussed by 3D Finite Element analysis. ANASYS is utilized in building FE models and an orthotropic contact model adopted to simulate the interface contact condition. It is revealed that the overloading makes a sharp increase in the tensile stress under panel bottom, and the weaker the structure combination is, the greater the stress ratio of overloading gets. It is found that the tensile stress under panel bottom is sensitive to the interface contact condition, thus the interface treatment should be set strict demands to keep interface continuous, which could improve the service life of UTWT pavement. It is also revealed that overloading could cause disadvantages to the interface shearing resistance. Thus when UTWT pavement is utilized on heavily overloading areas, the great influence of overloading should be considered adequately; and safety factor should be increased in pavement design to avoid severe breakage in short time after construction.
