| 摘 要： | 港沧φ529mm输气管线建于1976年,因外防腐层年久失修,阴极保护未能投产且管线所经地区土壤腐蚀性强,造成管线腐蚀严重,多处穿孔。介绍了管线腐蚀及阴极保护的现状,对管线外防腐层修复及阴极保护恢复的具体实施方法及效果进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Dagang-Cangzhou gas pipeline with diameter of 529mm was built in 1976. Soil around the pipe has strong corrosion to steel, pipe coating was not repaired in time and cathodic protection system was lack of maintenance, for above reasons, steel pipe was damaged by corrosion. Introduced the actualities of corvosion and cathodic protection system in the pipeline, stated methods of repairing pipe coating and restoring cathodic protection. |
