人力资源管理课程教学方法探讨

摘    要:本文分析了目前人力资源管理课程教学过程中存在的问题,并提出三种人力资源管理课程教学方法,即案例分析法、情景模拟法和社会实践法等,以期达到培养人才的目的。

Abstract:The curricular teaching method in management in human resource reforms important and tight around the talented person educates target to proceed. Reform course teaching method should with the point trains student the ability, dependable fulfillment ability that independence study, create sexual work ability for core, make the talented person who educates orientation the demand that economy society development. The article analyzed the problem exsited in the current human resource management course teaching method, and put forward three kinds of human resources the management the course teaching method namely case example analysis method, scene imitate the method practices method etc. with society. Attain the purpose that educates the talented person with the period.
