货车车体疲劳载荷谱的编制及验证

摘    要:通过5000t重载列车的动应力测试,参照AAR机务标准,编制了车体测点应力谱、心盘载荷谱、纵向载荷谱以及侧滚载荷谱。利用ANSYS有限元软件对C70型通用敞车车体进行了计算,并利用编制的载荷谱计算车体测点的损伤,然后与按照应力谱计算出的损伤结果相比较,验证了载荷谱,最后分析了利用分力谱来计算车体损伤的可行性。

Abstract:According to the test of dynamic stress of the 5000t heavy haul train and the AAR service standard, this paper compiled the stress spectrum of survey station in train body, load spectrum of center plate, longitudinal load spectrum and roll load spectnm.Moreover, calculated the car body of the type of C700 gondola car using ANSYS finite dement method software, and applied the compiled load spectrum to calculate the damnification of the survey station, then compared with the damnification result calculated from stress spectrum, and verified the load spectrum. At last, analysed the feasibility of the method of using component of forces spectrums to calculate the damnification of car body.
