| 摘 要： | 本文分析了在国际工程承包施工过程中细读工程标书的意义,提出通晓FiDIC,细读国际工程标书有助于科学设计国际工程施工方案,有助于承包商从中找到索赔的依据,最大限度地争取索赔,并结合实例进行了详细解读。
