摘    要:国内外综合交通信息平台的发展可以大致归纳为三类模式:政府行为型、政府建设-企业运营型、政府引导-企业运作型。本文以北京市交通综合信息平台及相关信息服务系统为实例,在分析其发展情况的基础上,深入研究了综合交通信息平台政府行为型发展模式的建设机制、运营机制、服务机制、可持续发展机制以及优缺点、适用性。

Abstract:The development of Comprehensive Transportation Information Platform at home and abroad can be generally divided into three modes,including: government dominant mode,government construction privacy operation mode,and government guidance-privacy operation model.In this paper,the development of Beijing Comprehensive Transportation Information Platform and correlative information service systems is analyzed.Based on the analysis,the government dominant mode of Comprehensive Transportation Information Platform is studied in detail,including: construction mechanism,operation mechanism,service mechanism and sustainable develop mechanism.In addition,the advantage,disadvantage and applicability of the government dominant mode are studied.
