管片预埋滑槽在深圳地铁9号线的应用

摘    要:管片预埋滑槽作为一项新型技术,在深圳市地铁9号线全线引入和应用,替代传统预埋工艺,为盾构区间隧道内设备及管线提供安装基础。介绍管片预埋滑槽技术的优点和特性,利用Abaqus 6.10程序仿真验证盾构管片满足载荷要求。在动态与静态两种工况下,对刚性悬挂接触网、疏散平台及管道等载荷进行受力分析,得出预埋滑槽满足其受力要求;计算预埋滑槽和T型螺栓的承载力,证实预埋滑槽满足安装受力要求。

Abstract:Pre-buried groove is a new technology in the field of urban railway system.As the installation base used on devices and pipelines in the tunnel of metro lines,it was introduced and applied in Shenzhen Metro Line 9.In the article,the author introduced the characters of the technology.At the same time,he enumerated the result of pre-buried groove influencing on shield segments by simulation.He calculated the bearing capacity of pre-buried groove and fixed bolt,and described the problems and suggests that could met in the coming operation and maintainment.
