| 摘 要： | 无支架施工技术是一种针对简支结合梁的较新颖的技术措施,其核心内容为钢梁整孔预制吊装和无支架现浇施工全桥桥面板。从核心技术研究入手,逐项分析无支架施工技术难题。采用分片制作、现场拼接钢梁的方案解决钢梁运输难题,通过分段浇筑混凝土桥面板达到合理控制钢梁应力的目的,从而实现轨道交通简支结合梁无支架施工。无支架施工技术可操作性强、效率高、工程投资少,是解决轨道交通桥梁跨越既有桥梁结构、铁路线网等恶劣施工工况的一条捷径,有望在一定程度上推动简支结合梁的普及应用,为以后解决类似问题提供实践经验。
