摘    要:文章针对某汽车制造厂6DL汽车发动机水温偏高的问题,制订了三种改进的散热器方案,并对铜制散热器与铝制散热器的性能进行了试验对比分析。结果表明,铝制散热器能较好地解决大马力发动机普遍存在的水温偏高问题。

Abstract:Targeting on the problem that the water temperature of 6DL automotive engine is too high in an auto manufacturing factory, the article developed three radiator improvementprograms, and conducted the test comparative analysis on the performance between copper radiator with aluminum radiator.The results showed that the aluminum radiator can bettersolve such common problem of water over-temperature of high-horsepower engines.
