| Abstract: | Based on the principles of design program optimization, the article proposed that the highway engineering design should foster the concept of full life cycle cost, conduct thetechnical and economic comparison of various programs, reasonably determine the engineering design program,and balance the relationship between technology and economy, soas to achieve the purpose of cost control through the program optimization. |
