竖井井壁漂浮下沉过程的力学行为

摘    要:对竖井井壁在漂浮下沉过程中的受力与变形进行了研究.根据钻井法施工工艺,分析了井壁在漂浮下沉过程中的外载,给出了注入配重水的控制方程,并利用叠加法,首次得到漂浮下沉过程中井壁任意一点的应力一应变解析表达式.计算结果表明,竖井井壁的环向应变和竖向应变有明显的“双折线”现象,与实测结果一致,证明本文计算理论的合理性,为井壁结构设计提供理论参考依据.

Abstract:The loading and deformation of the shaft liner during floating and dropping are studied. Based on the shaft drilling technology, the loads applied to the liner during floating and dropping are analyzed and the control equation of the filled water is calculated. With superposition method, the analytic expressions of the stress and strain at any position of the liner are obtained. It is found that, in accordance with the measured data, the circumferential strain and vertical strain both manifest;+"double broken line" phenomenon. The results proved the rationality of the theoretical calculation method presented in this paper, and provided a theoretical support for the design of the shaft drilling liner.
